Two more things about Misha’s confirming of Destiel:

• He was obviously visibly frustrated that people still didn’t quite consider it canon yet.  Rolled his eyes, sounded exasperated, saying things like “come on”.  If lurea said he had a huge shit eating grin on his face and was winking at the end of every sentence, then I’d be suspicious.  But actually seemed a bit annoyed at the thought that people still don’t get it?  They’ve either filmed something undoubtedly canon or he’s simply sick of being coy about it because that’s not how it’s approached on set anymore (which I would love tbh)

• He said he and Jensen don’t discuss it (which I find a little hard to believe and Misha can get mixed up a lot when talking) but he never said the WRITERS don’t discuss it (either amongst themselves or with the actors).  He said EVERYONE is aware of how it’s being written.  That sounds like the writers have confirmed it imo.  So I’d say what’s happening is, if they haven’t decided to go full canon yet, their mentality is what Misha said:  Just because it’s unspoken doesn’t mean it’s not there.  They deliberately write overtly romantic scenes then take away the dialogue so the actions speak for themselves.  So maybe all this time, they haven’t been editing “too gay” stuff, they’ve just decided to take this slow burning approach so it doesn’t draw away from Sam and Dean as the center pieces.  Now they’re at the point, and have been since end of S6 IMO, where it’s getting too hard to take this silent approach so it’s becoming voiced more and more and now Misha’s at the point where it’s annoying for him that people still don’t see the love.  I’m 99% convinced at this point that there’ll either be a confirmation of sorts in the remaining purgatory flashbacks or we’re getting one AMAZING reunion scene. 

Also two smalller things that may not amount to anything:  In one of the BTS shots of team free will on the building rooftop, Jen and Misha were standing unusually close together.  And in the promo shots for 8x07, there’ll be a scene where Dean comes to Cas’s aid because he looks hurt or something.  Couple behavior?
