You know what? People should write academic analysis to prove the existence of Destiel. With all the references, theories, quoting from authorities and data, they can do that in linguistic, sociology, psychology, media, cultural studies or whatever academic aspects they want. I am not gonna lie, Destiel IS an exciting topic that worth people to put efforts to analyze, the relationship indicates LOTS of interesting phenomena. I read some academic papers that dedicated on analyzing Wincest so why not Destiel? I mean there are a lot of amazing fans out there with awesome skills on analysis and observation, the data base are massive as well, so I guess some one should be capable of doing this, right?
